Job Description:
Translationz is a leading provider of language services in Australia and is rapidly growing> We are looking to hire a Client Service Team Member to join us.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional client-centric customer service. The role will involve daily interaction with clients (in person, telephone or video), along with Translationz Operation Managers and Project Managers to ensure we are successfully building and nurturing partnerships with our clients.
Objectives of this Role
- Serve as a point of contact addressing client concerns and requirements
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Develop a thorough understanding of our services to effectively meet client demands
- Collaborate with other members of the Translationz team to provide support as needed.
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Effectively manage client inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal team members to review progress and explore innovative solutions to cater to customer needs
- Identify both new opportunities and renewals and communicate these findings to the client services team
- Thrive in a fast-spaced, client-centric environment, fostering a supportive environment
- Engage in productive collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery
- Perform general administrative duties as necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but open to discussion)
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborate and team-orientated approach
- Genuine enthusiasm and passion for both client account management and acquiring new clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer services
- Positive and friendly with strong commitment to serving all stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work well with others and prioritise workload
- Proficiency in a language other than English-(desired, but not required)
- Has experience in translation or interpreting (desired, but not required)
